Psalm 91

The Angels of the Bible Crossword

15×15 grid · Medium · Ends on Psalm 91:11

Scripture's angels are rarely the soft-focus kind. They stand at the gate of Eden with a flaming sword, wrestle a man until daybreak, shut the mouths of lions, and open prison doors. Angels of the Bible gathers them across both testaments — the two named archangels, the seraphims crying holy in Isaiah's vision, the host over Bethlehem.

The KJV plurals are their own small lesson: cherubims and seraphims, both with the s. Get those right and the crossings fall into place. The closing verse is the promise about angels having charge over you.
